Cancellation Policy – Alora Catamaran | Cabo San Lucas: All cancellations of your Alora tour in Cabo San Lucas made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@funcabo.com. Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour. In the event of inclement weather in Cabo San Lucas, we will do our best to reschedule your tour to another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
In the rare event that weather or ocean conditions make it unsafe to be on the water for your Alora tour in Cabo San Lucas, a full refund will be issued.
Meeting Point: Please meet Alora at G Dock in the IGY Marina, Cabo San Lucas. After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a detailed map and arrival instructions to ensure a smooth check-in.
