FAQs
In the rare event that it is not safe to be on the water for your Expedition Boat tour, a full refund will be given.
The location is at the Marina Fundadores, Dock 9, Finger 11, in front of the Luis Bulnes statue and roundabout.
All cancellations of your Expedition Boat tour made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Any cancellations of your Expedition Boat tour made 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations of your Expedition Boat tour must be emailed to info@funvacation.com. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are nonrefundable. No-shows will be charged the full price. In case of bad weather, we will do our best to offer another available date for your tour! If it’s not possible to reschedule, the money will be refunded in full.
