All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@funcabo.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price. In the event of adverse weather conditions in Cabo San Lucas, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour for another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.

Yes, Our Paddle Boarding and Snorkel activities include complimentary transportation within the downtown and hotel zones of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Please note that transportation is not available for hotels located outside the main city area. This includes: Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho Cabo San Lucas, Four Seasons, and El Encanto de la Laguna. Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or accommodation. Pick-ups typically begin approximately 1.5 hours before your scheduled activity time. You will receive your exact pick-up time after your reservation has been confirmed.
Our Paddle Boarding and Snorkel activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day of Paddle Boarding and Snorkel tour, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.
No, all transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the Paddle Boarding and Snorkel tour price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
As you walk from the tender pier through the pier security gate, turn right on the red sidewalk that borders the harbor. The Gali Plaza will be on your left, the water on your right. Walk approximately 20 yards to the Cruise Terminal building. The building will be on your left and has a sign saying API in blue letters. Enter the terminal building and walk to the far side where you will exit onto a parking lot. At the parking lot exit, you will see an Oxxo convenience store. Your guide will be waiting in front of the store.

The meeting point is at the Plaza Gali parking lot, which is located right in front of the Sandos Finisterra hotel. We will meet you in front of the OXXO convenience store which is located at the exit of the parking lot.

Our round trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately one hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Please contact us to confirm your specific time of pick up one day before your scheduled tour.
We do not offer transportation from hotels outside of the tourist area, such as Hard Rock, Nobu, or Four Seasons (these are approx. 50 min. away from the tourist area); for those hotels, we will pick you up at our standard meeting point:
